How We Started
Just In Case Home Care was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that every person deserves compassionate, dignified care in the comfort of their own home. Our founder, Samantha Moore, witnessed firsthand the challenges families face when a loved one needs assistance — the worry, the uncertainty, and the desperate need for someone they could truly trust.
Driven by her faith, her healthcare expertise, and her deep compassion for others, Samantha built Just In Case Home Care from the ground up — creating an agency that treats every client like family. Because when you need someone to be there for your loved one, we're here. Just in case.

Meet Our Founder
Samantha Moore is a dedicated healthcare professional, entrepreneur, and compassionate caregiver with a heart for helping others. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Samantha has built a career around one simple mission: to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
Her academic foundation — a BS in Biology from Lane College and a BS in Professional Health Studies from the University of Memphis — combined with her hands-on certifications as a Tennessee Certified Medication Technician and Certified CPR Instructor through HHA, give her both the knowledge and the practical skills to lead a premier home care agency.
But beyond credentials, it is Samantha's heart that sets Just In Case Home Care apart. She built this agency because she believes every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion — regardless of their circumstances.
